i had to roam in direct sunlight for abt a month to complete my assignments for collg and aftr all hard wrk it seems dat my colour has darkened..

can any one of u suggest some good homely remedies as to hw can i remove tanning frm my arms n feet?

apply amixture of cucumbar and honey at least for thirty minutes daily. then wash away with cold water.

Try to avoid going direct under the sun. Wear sunscream, sunglasses and carry umbrella to protect u from uv rays.
At home u can do one simple thing. Put ur feet in hot water(not boiling) with liquid soap in it for 10 to 15 minutes. It will help u a lot and this will help u remove all ur tiredness of day.

Always use umbrella and a good sun cream while going in the sun. When you come from the sun remember to splash cool water on the face. Drink plenty of water and include fresh fruits and vegetables in the daily diet.

Applying fenugreek seeds in the scalp for 1/2 an hour is good for dandruff.

Cover the arms fully with full sleeve shirts without exposing them to sunlight or any other light for 6 to eight months.

you can remove tanning by applying multani mitti mixed with glycerine,coconut oil,lemon juice and required water.

Apply sunscreen lotion twice a day and wear full-sleeved tops for a month. You will be all right.

change your dress style... wear long sleeves every day for at least till you r satisfied... same for for legs and feet... wear socks and match the shoe style.. no more open sandals or chappals

use a loofa or simular abrasive material when you wash..that will help remove the "burned" skin cells.
