Can I get a good excuse?
OK So here is the prob. I purchased an electronics device about a week ago and well I lost my reciept and I heard bad reviews about it on consumer report and want to return it for that reason I know I wont get my money back so I am going to have to settle for some store credit, but this particular store ask's you "oh why do you want to return it and it makes me feel wierd, can anyone help with a good excuse for me?

Just Tell them that ..Since purchasing the product you are not impressed with it's Inefficiency to handle the tasks it is supposed to do!
Find something Minor that you can use as leverage in your conversation!
Act calm and cool!(No face touching or Fidgeting when talking!)
Do not be lead into any Arguments or diversionary tactics they may employ!

If you have not used it, then I would tell them you've learned it is a bad product. The truth. If you have used it, just say you didn't find it to be satisfactory and you have read very bad reviews.

dude you shouldnt return somethin just cause of a consumer credit..you should only return it if you dont like it..do you run your life by what other people say??!
