most states are linked when it comes to the dmv so you would have to go to the one if any that was not.then you would have to have an address their to show you lived there.

Most states have reciprocal Motor Vehicle Reports which share records. It is possible to get away with it, but with the newer technology, I'd be willing to bet it would come back around on you.
However, if your license is suspended, it's been done because you've apparently commited a serious offense... perhaps numerous times. It may be time to grow up and realize this suspension has been put in place as a punishment which you are to follow. Stay off the road because you clearly don't know how to drive.

I dont believe these answers above me are true. My license was suspended in Michigan, and when I moved to Mississippi, they gave me a license with no problems. I just showed them an old MI license I had. When I moved to georgia they allowed me to show my MS license and get a Georgia license.
My Suspended MI license was never mentioned. Not once.

You cannot. I was in the SC DMV on Friday and heard a woman applying for her license. Her license had been suspended in NC and it showed up in the computer. They told her that in order to get her SC license then she would have to clear up the problem in NC first.

Probably not...I would definitely check with the state you want to apply for one in before actually trying it. You might get in to some legal trouble.

Most states share that info. If you managed to get one, they will probably find out about it eventually and you'll be in big trouble when they do.

No because once they look at your records they'll notice that your current licence is suspended.
