They may be able to help you.
Please understand that if your father does not wish for you to know where he is, the Salvation Army will not be able to tell you !!!

I found my biological father a few years ago and the way I found him was knowing what college he attended. I was able to email the alumni association and told them that I wanted to contact him.
They sent him a message with my info and he contacted me.
It might also help if you know his birth date. Good Luck
