i wanna know if you can and if you can, how do you?

Since you are held to the Earth by gravity, you'll need an energy to overcome the force of gravity. I'm assuming you are speaking of using the energy of the mind. Although there have been some grainy video footage of people supposedly doing this, whenever scientist try to get a person to duplicate this live, there is always something that prevents them from doing this. Recently, street magicians have been doing this for people live. I have only seen video of this, but people on the streets seem to be genuinely surpised. I'm guessing an electromagnet under the ground and reversed polarity magnets in shoes might give you some levitation. Hard to balance though I would think, which appears to be the case in these street acts. Bottom line, it all boils down to, do you believe in what you personally witness or do you beieve because someone else says its true?

Yes, it is. You attach clear wires to your body with a harness and have someone slowly hoist you up from above. Or, you could go to the moon where gravity is not an issue.

There is no physical way that a person could raise themselves off the ground. You cannot defy gravity and you will always be heavier than the atmosphere on earth.
