Just do a chocolate fountain! Those are sooooo yummy! And you could choose really different desserts to be dipped. Do some sort of Spanish themed desserts to be dipped and some Italian themed.

Since it's summer how about a key lime pie? My friend from work just moved from Florida and she gave me this great recipe: You can buy the ready made crust to save some time but if you want to make your own you'll need: 16 graham crackers, crushed 3 tablespoons sugar 1 cube (1/4 lb) margarine or butter for the actual filling: 4 large or extra large egg yolks 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice (approximately 12 Key limes) 2 teaspoons grated lime peel, green portion only Whipping cream for garnish (optional) Instructions for the crust: Mix all ingredients in a food processor, with a spoon spread misture over round pie pan. Bake it for approx 10 minutes or until golden brown (350 degrees). Instructions for the filling: Use an electric mixer and beat the egg yolks until they are thick and turn to a light yellow, don't over mix. Turn the mixer off and add the sweetened condensed milk. Turn speed to low and mix in half of the lime juice. Once the juice is incorporated add the other half of the juice and the zest, continue to mix until blended (just a few seconds). Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes to set the yolks and kill any salmonella in the eggs. when you take it out of the oven, let it cool in the refrigerator for about an 45 minutes before serving. When you serve, add the whipped cream. This is now my favorite summer time dessert because it's tangy sweet and not to overwhelming! Good luck!
