Perhaps not the CIA. The NSA however runs a system where they can keep tabs on key words, i.e "bomb" "al qaeda" "president". The [huge] computer system then assesses these words and decide if an intelligence officer needs to see it. Post 9/11, and with the increase of spam, the NSA has been overloaded and would have a hard time assessing you as a threat. Terrorist organisations are also aware of this. Good luck Americans.
