You are bored with your routine and feeling a lot of stress. Try having a new and worthy hobby. You may also take a few days off to rest your mind and spirit. Be thankful with your blessings. Things would be a lot more difficult and stressful if you are unemployed. There could be wonderful things going on with you that you are not so mindful of. lt still is a wonderful life.

because you apparently hate your job and just haven't realized how bad you do yet.. Start lookiing for a new job that makes you happy.. it will keep your mind occupied and everything looking better for you.
they also have meds for depression.. but the cure for why you are depressed is best taken care of rather than taking pills and contuing on doing what is stressing you out..
