You are a role model for Muslim women (and indeed, men) around the globe. I have done a project on female abuse in Pakistan, and frankly have a problem with the way women are treated in some countries. Not just the Muslim nations, but also countries like Japan and Korea.

Goodness I feel for you........You are torn....... Why would you ask people who are outside your race and culture to validate something that is inside your race and culture.

We could never offer you anything to you but more confusion. I am from a total different way of thinking doesn't mean my opinion is of better quality then your mothers. You probably live in western culture and have been influenced to see things in a different light....or even become ashamed of your own culture because of the western way of living that you are accustomed to...I too fall into shame of my heritage but I can't change my completion...after careful research and looking out side of this culture for validation I found out allot of things I have been fed was all Lies and I married a Nigerian I am still learning more about African culture and gifts of life and teachings......... You are not better than the woman in your society if you don't wear a Hajib and allow your husband to have more then one spouse out side of his religion

Just for the record I agree with many things you have said but I to have some from a western way of thinking.....my opinion is bias

The answer lies inside of you....work it out.

I am a Sunni Muslim,
They said to me that they first send a messenger to warn the transgressor of the Shiriah Law. And then if you don't comply, they punish you for being a lawbreaker. I guess you are safe from that, wherever you are.

No, its not disgraceful. I have muslim neighbors who wear the hajab and it does what it is intended to do: create distance and separation. They just don't respond to "hi." I prefer no hajab, my friend.

I AM SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT A MUSLIM. YOU ARE MAKING UP ALL THIS TO GIVE A NEGATIVE IMAGE OF ISLAM. BE BRAVE AND REVEAL YOUR IDENTITY. ISLAM HAS NEVER BEEN ABOUT DISCRIMINATING WOMEN. IT IS THE FIRST RELIGION TO ABANDON THE KILLING OF FEMALE CHILDREN WHICH HAS BEEN A REGULAR PRACTICE AT THAT TIME. OBVIOUSLY YOU ARE NOT A MUSLIM SINCE YOU SEEM TO BE QUITE SHALLOW MINDED. PLEASE STAND UP AND BE BRAVE TO CHALLENGE ISLAM AS WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE NOT UNDER A FAKE IDENTITY.
N.B. I AM REPORTING ALL YOUR POSTED QUESTIONS AS ABUSIVE AND NONCONFORMING TO WHAT THIS WEBSITE IS INTENDED FOR.
