Oh don't worry! Did you had high fever duin your flu? Then, it might surely be heat or fever buttons. If after many days, they don't disappear, then you should go and see a doctor.

If you had a sore throat and it may have been strep, then your rash could be scarlett fever. Also, sometimes when an infection is leaving your body, you can get and "exit" rash. this is common in children, but not too sure about adults.
