Why do none believers get sent to hell. Surely there isn't enough evidence pointing towards the existence of God to expect everyone to be a believer. How do we know what the bible says is what God really wants? God did not dictate it and he has never made himself known to us.

Most religions are based on faith. That means there is little or no evidence to support the religion, but you must believe it anyway. Pretty sad state of things.

Hell is basically us getting what we deserve. We complain about God allowing bad stuff to happen- hell is where justice happens. God has made himself known to us. He makes himself known to us in creation, and he came to earth 2000 years ago to provide a way that we might be saved from hell. How can we know what the bible says is what God really wants? Read it, and ask God to reveal himself to you. Theres a bible verse somewhere that goes something like "Seek and you will find". If your question really isnt a red herring and you really want to know, God will help you.

The bible was written by the Roman establishment 325 years after Christ, and it was edited some 1000 times since, to keep it inobjectionable to those in power.

You are absolutely right, God did not only not dictate it, he does not even agree with it. The bible is a political document and it is not surprising that many thinking people doubt its contents.

You are making up your own god. God is a God of Love first and then a God of Judgment. Non believers get sent to hell because they intentionally disobey God and His Holy Law. God has given us the whole universe as evidence and everyone is a believer in God. Seeing they see and do not understand. Hearing they hear and refuse to Know God. God is not a liar. God means what He says. Believe God's testimony through me and the Testimony of His Holy Word and you will have eternal Life. Believe in God who is Jesus and receive God's Holy Spirit. Shemalonok Meshmraklaman Ekranashan God's Holy Prophecy shows His Word is Truth.

Here are just two of thousands of examples that influenced the words of the Biblical authors either by what he said directly to them in the case of the Old Testament or what the Holy Spirit inspired in the New.

2 Timothy 3:16 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Genesis 35:11 1 And God said unto him, I am God Almighty:

The fact that 40 different authors over thousands of years wrote with one single purpose and did not contradict any doctrine says quite a bit.

Would the Bible hold up in a court of law?

"In The Testimony of the Evangelists, Dr. Simon Greenleaf of Harvard Law School applies the laws of legal evidence to the New Testament accounts. The first rule of municipal law to which he alludes is a follows:

Every document, apparently ancient, coming from the proper repository or custody, and bearing on its face no evident marks of forgery, the law presumes to be genuine, and devolves on the opposing party the burden of proving it to be otherwise. "(1)

He demonstrates the applicability of this rule to the New Testament documents, and notes that there is no pretense that they were engraved on plates of gold and discovered in a cave, nor that they were brought from heaven by angels, but that they are the plain narratives and writings of the men whose names they respectively bear, made public at the time they were written.

"The Bible is the human history book of God's plan through out history. It is based on 1000's of historical facts and eyewitness testimony thoughout the last 5000 years. "Nelson Glueck (a Jewish Reformed scholar and archaeologist) probably gives us the greatest support for the historicity of the Bible when he states, "To date no archaeological discovery has ever controverted a single, properly understood biblical statement.""(2)

So using man's judgment, the Bible is a credible document. Examine the evidence for yourself instead of going off of others ideas. I did and became a Christian based on evidence and a logical choice because that is where the evidence leads.

God has loved me and saved me from many things. God loves me when others reject me or cut me down. His love has been proven to me. So, God also calls me His and has given me the Holy Spirit of Truth & Comfort, who leads me into all truth and is not a liar.

The Holy Spirit gives me discernment if something is inspired by the Bible God, Yahweh Elohim. The Holy Spirit is true. I can easily discern the bible to not conflict with itself & proves true. I can easily discern when other holy books take away from God's message of Love & Grace.

Yes. Those that go to heaven are those redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb. It is a gift to receive by faith in God & His Only Begotten Son.

Some haven't been presented the Salvation Message, so never made that choice to reject Jesus. Only those that are the devils messengers go to hell. They have been presented God's saving Grace & rejected God & taught others to reject God also.

Those that weren't the devils messengers, yet never were born again through faith in Jesus Christ, Son of God, Atonement & Resurrection; because God's Grace wasn't presented correctly went where the dead go with the dead or the dead in the sea go (Revelation 20). They will be raised up at the Great White Throne Judgment where they will be judged according to their works (conscience & land laws). Those whose names were not found written in the books of life are thrown into the lake of fire, the second death.

Personally, I believe our names are already written in the books of life. Some get blotted out. It is God's will none will perish and all would come to repentence and have everlasting life.

true to a certain extent as there is plenty of evidence GOD does exist. no one has ever seen the wind only the effects of the wind yet everyone accepts the wind exists. thus it is with GOD. look at the glories and wonders in the heavens and earth as these are the evidence of HIS existence . even though HE can not be seen with the 5 human senses.GOD is to big to be in only one place and there are many path and ways to get to ones destination none of which are better than the other

Non believers do not go to hell as God does not exist. This is just another way for religions to control their followers. As for the bible, it was written by man NOT God.

No one really KNOWS what happens after death. The Christian's belief is strictly on FAITH, as I suppose, is any other religion. Christians can not PROVE that Jesus Christ is the savior or that God created the world. No one can prove that these things did not happen either. Christians try to live their life on FAITH in their beliefs. They believe that Jesus lived the life that He would want them to live. Love, compassion, charity, helping those in need and all these things is what Christians try to practice. One could live a much more evil life than that. Notice, I said TRY. Christians are human beings and subject to human error.

If you are a non believer then surely you don't believe in God heaven or hell. As none of them exist you can't go to them as they are not real.

Is the Bible divinely inspired? Yes! How can we know? Jesus tells us, "If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever-- the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you."

If we love Him and obey Him, He will prove it! Ask Him into your heart today!! Test it out.

He says, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your heart."

It is also written, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Tim 3:16-17)
