Twice baked potato skins

6 baking potatoes
Seasoning salt and pepper
Garlic powder, to taste
Vegetable oil, for deep frying
1 package mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 packages cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar bacon bits

Slice potatoes lengthwise, season with seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a pot with vegetable oil, fry potatoes until soft in the middle. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spread cheeses and bacon bits on each slice of potato. Cook until cheeses are melted.

yeh sounds like twice baked potatoes. You can cook your potatoes in the microwave just pierce with fork place in plastic bag wet and microwave for about 8 minutes+ or -. When soft cut lenghtwise and scoop out center, mash together like your making mashed potatoes(salt, pepper, butter, milk) except I like to add mayo or sour cream with less milk and cheddar cheese. scoop back into pototoes boats and sprinkle with more cheese and bacon bits(real are the best). Bake until cheese is melted.

It really does not sound like twice baked potato to me. My suggestion, next time you go ask the server what is in it. Because of allergies they should tell you.
