Grapes are highly poisonous to a dog. Grapes and raisins can cause kidney failure in dogs. As little as a single serving of raisins can kill a dog. Please call your vet and I hope your dog get better soon.

Mostly it the grape seeds that are poison.
Hold on, I'll find you a good link...

OK, I couldn't find a good link, but here's the skinny. There have only been like 5 cases in the ENTIRE WORLD where dogs may have been poisoned by grape seeds. The evidence doesn't prove it was even the seeds that harmed the dogs, the vets involved think it could have been any number of other things.
And, the dog has to eat a lot of seeds. I couldn't find an exact amount.
But, it affects the kidneys so if the dog seems more tired, drinking alot, not peeing, see a vet.

You can call your vet or the poison control center.
But try not to worry. I'm sure he's fine, and grapes are a natural laxative, (and it's only been 1 day!) so she may go poo at any time.
Good Luck

grapes will cause acute kidney failure not constipation.

Despite testing, the reason for the kidney failure and the amount necessary for toxicity remains unknown. For now, any dog that ingests large amounts of grapes or raisins should be treated aggressively, so contact your veterinarian immediately if ingestion has occurred. The ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center is also asking that veterinarians and owners call them to report the ingestion, treatment and results.

This does not mean that dogs should never be fed grapes or raisins. Just do so in moderation and be aware that if your dog ingests a large amount at one time, you should contact your veterinarian for instructions.

Even those dogs whose kidneys do not appear to be affected should be treated aggressively. Preventing kidney damage is key to survival. If ingestion occurred recently, your veterinarian will likely induce vomiting to try to remove a significant amount of grapes or raisins. In addition, your veterinarian may recommend the following:

Activated charcoal to help prevent absorption of the unknown toxic substance.

Initial blood tests to determine the status of kidney function. After 48 hours, repeat blood tests are done to determine if the kidney function has remained normal. Even when the kidney values are normal, repeat blood tests should be done 5 to 7 days later to make sure the kidney values remain within normal limits, especially since the cause and disease process involved in grape ingestion is unknown.

Hospitalization and treatment with intravenous fluids. Two days of intravenous fluid therapy is often recommended to help prevent damage to the kidneys. If kidney damage has occurred, intravenous fluid therapy is continued until the blood tests indicate the kidneys are functioning.
