Don't worry about it too much. I was nearly 6 foot tall when I was your age. The good news is girls get nearly all their height growing done around your age. Some boys keep growing into their early 20's. There's nothing wrong with having a boyfriend shorter than you when you're ready for a boyfriend anyways. You want to date someone who has a lot in common with you and treats you good. Height has nothing to do with that. I'm seeing a man who is quite a bit shorter than me. The way I figure it, when we have children, at least they will be an average height.

You should be proud of your height and stand tall. My girlfriend is 5'10 and complains that she cannot wear heels as she will be taller than most of the blokes around (including me). Men generally like tall women and you will get noticed more so make the most of it. Of course you have to be more than just tall to be a model but if that's something you think you would enjoy and be good at then go for it! You will also find that over the next couple of years the boys will shoot up, I grew a whole foot in my 15th year!

Most boys don't reach their full height until 18, so some of the boys around you will pass you. I have three female relatives that are close to 6 ft.They love being tall. Sometimes they date shorter guys, sometimes taller. You have to mature into loving yourself the way God made you, then you will be comfortable dating o guy no matter his height.

Yeah sweet hard, I know were your coming from, why don't you make something positive out of it and start goin to a Modeling agency, you know how much money you would be making because of your height ??? ALOT, so talk to your parents about that and lets make this situation positive for you ok. About the guys, you can always start dating older guys you know. Theres not really anything you can do to become "shorter", but if you become a model you wont have ANY problemes with the fellas :-P

well your only 12! boys shouldnt ven be on your mind right now.i think teens should date when they're around 16 or 17. lol im 19 and wasnt allowed to date till i was otu of high school! im sure by then all the guys in your middle school will shoot up and will be taler than you. for now just feel comfortable being yourself. its how you are and you cannot change it. if someone makes fun of you then just tell them to stop being immature and shut up =) but i would suggest just keeping to you friends and staying away from guys. they can get you into some trouble!

GIRL YOU ARE TALL, BUT THAT CAN BE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE, DO YOU PLAY BASKETBALL, I'M SORRY TO ASK THAT B/C I BET A LOT OF PEOPLE ASK YOU THAT, BUT YOU COULD BE A GOOD BASKET BALL PLAYER AND ALSO A GOOD VOLLEY BALL PLAYER. HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT MODELING, YOU SHOULD CHECK INTO IT. I AM 5 ' 6 AND I AM 44 YEARS OLD AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL LAST YEAR, I WOULD WALK INTO HER SCHOOL AND ALL THE PEOPLE WOULD TOWER OVER ME, I FELT LIKE A MIDGET, SO DON'T WORRY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU GET INTO HIGH SCHOOL YOU WILL BE AT A GOOD HEIGHT, ALSO 12 IS A LITTLE TO YOUNG TO DATE, GIRL YOU HAVE YOUR WHOLE LIFE FOR THAT, AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT YOU WILL BE 21 YEARS OLD, TIME GOES BY SO FAST YOU SHOULD ENJOY IT.

i had the exact same problem in middle school!! i was 5'6 and all of my friends were shorter than me... when i went out with guys i'd feel weird because i was taller than them.. and when i liked a guy.. i almost thought that they were holding back from asking me out because of my height.. then i learned that it is totally NOT true! i'm still 5'6 now.. and i'm a runway model... that's an example of how height pays off! it's so fun! also... guys compliment my long legs... don't worry... guys will catch up before you know it.. there was this guy that i liked in 7th grade.. and idk what happened,.. but over the summer he must've really matured or something cuz in 8th he was 5'8! we went out for a while and are still best friends! =] ... so don't worry.. my friends even told me they were jealous of my height... boys will catch up and love you for you..and your legs =]
i went through the same thing.. nothing to worry about!
have fun!

Trust me. There is nothing wrong about being tall. If a guy wants a girl that is smaller than you, and won't date because of that then don't bother with him. If a guy cannot appericiate you how you are thatn he is really not worth it.
A lot of girls pfobabvly envy you because you so tall. there is nothing that you can really do about it. If you were shorter than you could just wear high-heals or somthing.

hey girl... I was in your exact situation at that age, and yes it kinda sucks for a while, but think about this, when you're 15-16 all of those super short girls are going to have a hard time finding guys that they can actually reach!! Don't worry, they boys grow.. it just takes them a little longer to catch up :) PLUS clothes look SOOOO much better on us!! don't give up!!

check this out...i am in a family basically comprised of women. i am, myself, 6' and weigh a quite muscular 235... and i am by FAR the smallest person in my family. my shortest aunt is 6'3", my tallest is 6'5", and dad is 6'6". thats all on his side, my cousin, she's 5'11", but she's the runt. now, on my mom's side, i got the shaft, cuz all these tall motherfvckers dad's side and i barely made it to 6'. i say that to say this, the women in my family are tall and beautiful, and they dont get messed with, even by guys. most guys are afraid of tall beautfiul women, cuz they generally feel their "shortcomings" are blatantly obvious when you're around. you'll find a guy you deserve, young lady, fear not, tall girls are beautiful, especially with a big ol long head of hair about halfway down their backs.
