As for cure, go to your doctor. There is medicine, expensive, but good, I am told. What is it. I think it is sort of a rash and itches and painful. Cause, I do not think it is known. Good luck.

I got diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about 7 yrs ago, when I was still attending college and had a mindless one-night stand. Shingles is a more severe reactivated chicken pox. mostly seen in adults. Its caused by the Herpes zoster virus and remains dormant in your bosy till ur immune system is weak. It affects dermatomally, meaning your embryological nerve points, which is what causes the severe pain when the lesions heal (the scars cause skin contraction). Cure is Acyclovir therapy. also diet to strengthen immune system.
