Sorry to hear that your sis is so fed up , but the saying goes , the baby could be born 2weeks before the date you have been given or 2weeks after. I know I was the 2weeks after baby due date , I cant suggest much but she could try making love more with her partner it may make a move if its getting a prod it don't like lol. good luck tell your sis , her baby will only come when its ready that is life . gets her some baby books to read , like baby names , also a good parenting book , so she knows whats coming lol, bye lv Debbie J.x

I ate chilli sauce on chips! That soon got him moving. Pineapple also carries a natural enzyme which can induce labour, fresh pineapple though. How about a hot bath, curry, a brisk walk (if she can move) squats are supposed to be good too because you go up and down as quick as you can and have your legs slightly open to allow the waters to break. Good luck! x x x

dont know if it was just a coincidence but my waters broke the day we finished moving house, must have been lugging all the boxes around, my baby was born 6 days early. try keeping busy but don't do too much, she'll need her energy for the birth!

Try walking, riding down a bumpy road, sex.

But if i was her i would just try to relax lay down and eat some ice. Crunching on Ice keeps my mind off things its so loud and it is really yummy and good for you because its pretty much ust water. Plus relaxing before labor hits regularly would help save energy.

There's no guaranteed way, but the most popular things to try are:

Sex
Hot curry
Warm (not hot) bath
Raspberry leaf tea
Long walk

Good luck to your sister, I hope it all works out well for her.
