You guys have been so helpful solving my problems in your diffrent ways. Now I am begining to think I dont need to see my shrink anymore.

Hello?? Everyone on this website needs a shrink, including me. If you take any advice from here, you probably need at least two!!

I don't think that people on Yahoo Answers are qualified to answer that question...only you know what you want and what you feel. All of us have the answers deep inside ourselves...sometime the answers are not something we want to accept and therapy or a qualified therapist helps a person helps someone point out and deal with those realities. Only you know, deep within your own heart, what the answer is.

If I were you I'd continue to go to a professional. It's good that you get help here but there aren't (I don't think) any professionals in the field on here. Nothing can take the place of the one on one sessions with your therapist. Keep going!
