Love it. When I lived with my parents, me and my Dad used to fight over who would get to eat the cabbage stalk on a Sunday after my Mum had cooked the rest. I still eat it now and my hubby thinks it is gross. I also love raw potatoes, if I make chips I eat loads raw before I throw the rest in the fryer.

Cabbage in a slaw is so good, also I eat it raw with a splash of oil, vinegar and minced hot peppers (great with fish)
Also I love it stuffed with corned beef, sweet and sour cabbage with sausages, garbanzo beans with spanish chorizos and cabbage.
I want some now !!!

I love cabbage!! Boiled, raw, or in a slaw. But sauerkraut is my favourite way of eating it!! I just don't like the gassy after effect it has on me after eating it!!!!
