i have itchy red spots all over,what causes this and what can i do about it?

mostly itches before bedtime and when i wake up

doing nothing different with soaps or lotions

sounds like hives...u could be sensitive to the detergent you are using on your sheets.

maybe from your bedsheets or PJ's...certain detergents cause allergic reactions in people....BTW, are you the lady in your picture...you both look like an awesome couple!

sounds like you got the shingles which is reverse chicken pox
