I'd like to know the color before and after it's tea... As in, the color of the dried leaves and the color of the liquid...

Thanks.

It truly depends on the tea itself. Green tea simply means that the tea has not been allowed to oxidize while drying. Usually a high quality tea will be green dried and as a liquid. Lower quality often are a brownish type of leaf with a yellowed liquid.
Of course there are exceptions like the white monkey and hojicha teas through the link

There is a wide variety of "green" teas which depends on the variety, and how it is processed - from a dark almost black colour, to an almost white faint green look. When the leaves are picked determines some of the coloring, how it it dried - cured etc. and what country, what soil, what kind of plant. The off-the-shelf stuff is a medium green and will have a slight greenish tinge in your cup, but this is only an "average" as there are hundreds of varieties and packaging processes as well.
