When Muhhamed issued his doctrine, I suppose no one saw anyhting wrong with his "familial" guidance?

When are Muslims going to start standing up for the families that GOD gave them? This isn't the only instance of such extreme reactions to conversion.

Or is Muhhamed more revered than God when it comes to dealing with people who don't agree with Islam??

Ronin -
Maybe I should have rephrased my question. Jesus taught forgiveness of wrongs - not stoning, or in this case, murder.

Tirade? Gimme a break. I asked a logical question, in light of the article.

So far, nothing. Did anyone actually READ the articles?
A man STABBED HIS WIFE TO DEATH simply because their daughter, who was enrolled in a religious school to begin with, decided to convert to Christianity.
Good grief people. Am I the ONLY person that thinks there's something wrong with this action??
I got attacked because I quesitoned Islams doctrine? Attacked by an ATHEIST at that?

Without really going right into your little tirade, one bit puzzles me you ask :- "Is the Prophet Mohamed more revered than God"??
Not much need to go any further into your little question is there??
To put it simply:- To Muslims the Prophet Mohamed was a messenger of God, hence the Koran!!!
Before I venture any further I am an atheist not a Muslim but I am happy to note that I do know a bit more about religion than you seem to, so I wonder what the object of your little exercise is?? (Doesn't take a lot to work that out either does it)??
Don't we have enough religious problems as it is without your little unknowledgeable thoughts??
But now you've got me started, Muslims believe that your Jesus was also a Prophet another messenger of God, hence the New Testament!
They do not believe that Jesus was the Son of God, or that he was indeed God on earth, or that he was the Holy Spirit!
How you religious folk can find such a load of trash to argue about beats me, it wouldn't really be so bad if half of you knew exactly what it is your supposed to believe in!!
I think I preferred the Sun God, that was easy enough to understand, roll on the day when you all learn to live together like Brothers, or better still religion is banned from the face of the earth!!! Yipeeeeeeee to that day!!

Jesus showed us the example we should live as far as sins for all people, men and women alike.

Let the one without sin cast the first stone.

Stoning anyone to death is murder. If a man stones his wife to death, he is committing murder.

i find islam problematic and that outside of the western practitoners it seems that it is used to pimp poor people who live in arabic countires to part with meager wages and goods. There is a contingent of academics who believe that islam was created by the catholic church to control the arabic tribes. but i have found that prior to islam; muhammad's tribe worshipped a frog looking idol named Allah. but my "intellectual jury's" still out on the contreversy.
I want more proof

Islam is a religion of hate, a false religion that worships a false God.

Why does Islam allow a rape victim to be stoned to death, but allow her rapist(s) to go free?

I disagree with your 1st premise:

Matthew 5:18-19
Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or tittle shall nowise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven.

Luke 16:17
It is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.
