I think the Montgomery County jail in Alabama may be one of the worst. In fact the director of the state DOC was forced by a judge to either send prisioners to private prisons (at the tax payer expense) or be locked up himself! In Montgomery they couldn't move out any inmates that where supposed to be in satte lock up because there was no room for them, so eventualy the county became over crowed too. Now the county is sending inmates to jails in area counties and cites. And what's even wrose is that all not violent offenders are getting off easy here because of the problem. Out streets are full or drug dealers and robbers becasue the judges don't have any where left to lock them up at!

Jail was designed to house 684 Inmates and is housing just under 1000.

I'm going to guess LA. And to the guy above me Chino is a prison, the question was a county jail.

THEY RIP PEOPLES PROPERTY OFF, WAKE YOU UP IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT TO STRIP YOU, MALE GUARDS SCREW FEMALE INMATES. IT IS THE WORST AND BELIEVE ME I HAVE BEEN TO EVERY COUNTY JAIL HERE TO WASHINGTON STATE
