Trade house near Paris France for one near L.A. movie studios.?

She needs it for all or part of three months, January, February, and March, She lives in a beautiful Home just out side of Paris. But is willing to trade for an apartment or even a studio Apartment. It will be just her and her 17-year-old daughter. Her husband who is a French actor may visit for a short time. Any help will be much appreciated.
