I am making a calendar, and would like it to be pretty high quality, something that people will actually want to hang on their wall...but NOT expensive to print...are there printers that will print about 15-20 copies of the calendar for a reasonable price? Is this even possible to do? If NOT, how else could I print it, to make it look professional, without using a printing company?
FINALLY! Are there any computer programs/downloads that are programs specifically made for designing calendars OR that have a calendar layout... thanks :)

You might try a laser printer.

OfficeMax. I used to work there and I remember having a small dislay on the counter showing all the different options.

I think if you check Xerox printing offices www.xerox.com but you have to check if there any in your country first
I think they will give you a great quality and a good price for the quantity which you demand
