If is a fact that alongside churches, pubs, strip clubs and night clubs, there are also mosques and halal food shops in England's streets

And that you will see women in hijab as well as women in mini skirts in England's streets..

Why not accept the fact that England is now multicultural..and Muslims are part of the UK.
There is nothing you can do to change it!

Some of us wouldn't want to change it!! I was raised to never judge people on their appearance and that's how I am raising my kids too. Every culture or race will have members who are bad, or racist. But there are members who are wonderful, kind people. I enjoy learning about different cultures and races, and find it interesting to learn of different traditions etc...
So not all White English people are against our society becoming so diverse, in fact I think it will help future generations to see people, not colour.xxx

That's great, but why so defensive about it? I don't think most people care who lives around them as long as they are decent human beings. (At least I don't) When I was in London last December I saw all types of different races. This isn't something new. England has been multicultural for a while. The only ones who are going to have difficulties with it are the bigots. Sadly, they exist everywhere. Ignore them and be a productive member of society, not a whiner.

There are also Muslims that choose to wear mini skirts and Westerners who choose to wear hajib...what should be done about it? Nothing, as far as I'm concered. The present situation will work itself out eventually, and as the extremists and the conservatives battle each other for hegemony; life in the real world goes on for the tolerant people who live in this melting pot society. Just as it should be!

Canada is also multicultural. The only problem I have is that my Muslim neighbours don`t try to assimilate. I would like to be able to pass by and say "Nice day" or "Hot isn`t it" etc. When I do I receive no reply.

What is your question? I think that you are perpetuating a stereotype instead of abolishing it. Why don't you point out what is good about being a Muslim, and why people should not feel threatened by this religion and the people who belong to it instead of sounding like a whine-y child?

hey nothing wrong with being a muslim stripper although the hijab is kind of redundant there, anyway what part of the east end are you in, I might patronise your club girl?

Why not reach out to the community and open a neighborhood center, host concerts, sponsor late night basketball games (if they have basket ball in the UK) etc.
