I don't know how they don't believe. It is the only thing in life to accomplish, all else is failure. All Jesus taught was love. To love everyone,(family friends enemies neighbors) well that covers EVERYONE> I wish! But that is why it is called heaven. A haven for the peaceful lovers who choose to live in harmony.

Dear, I've lived through more than you can imagine and survived and made my life work for me, without any help from any gods or angels or any other mythical beings. So, yes I trust in myself, and have far more empathy for others than any religious person I ever met.

Ignorance? You, who blindly follows something that has no proof whatsoever, has the audacity to call others ignorant? I have not done great things, but I have done small things that have helped others. I try to better myself everyday. I believe in our ability to help our fellow human beings, in our ability to love and have compassion for others...

in all probability Louis Pasteur. tens of millions of human beings who're alive may well be loss of life on a daily basis if no longer for his groundbreaking paintings interior the reason and prevention of ailment. His data of germ theory, discovery of vaccination vaccines for anthrax and cholera. Pasteurization surely prevents tens of millions of deaths a year. His paintings replaced into foundational to the vaccines for polio, small pox, rubella, influenza. I advise think of roughly it. tens of millions have died in religious wars over how one gets "saved" and yet Pasteur, a chemist, and a non-practising Catholic, has in all probability saved 1000000000 lives in any different case lost to loss of life via awful ailments and food poisoning. What so-noted as "saint" has that checklist of miracles?

Faith (wishful, magical thinking) is a substitute for evidence... and serves as the basis for 'belief'... the internalized certainty that one's own ideations map to reality.
'Belief' is a substitute for knowledge... i.e., false knowledge, sustained by wishful, magical thinking.
faith + belief = willful ignorance and self-delusion
