If you have high cholesterol, a weight problem, a family history of heart disease, you may want to spread it thinly. However, I love mayo! When I went to Holland (Amsterdam) they serve their french fries with mayo on them and I loved it! the mayo too. Have a physical and total cloistral check up. Then you will know how to adjust your diet, if required. Everything in moderation is OK in my opinion.

Mayonnaise is a very bad food for you..if you eat it on every sandwhich you have and eat a sandwhich every day its horrible. If you limit yourself to about 4 servings of it per month its not really that bad. It has tons of fat and personally I dont like it.
