Yes I have freinds that have them and if they are done right behind the muscle you really cannot, it depends on how big you are before how big you get and key factor how good the surgeon is.

Of course a guy can tell if a girl has implants. But guys don't care about how big or small or breast are. As long as they get to touch them.

Absolutely....Guys can definately feel if they have been enlarged artificially. Though with some implants, they can look so good that guys couldn't tell just by looking at them

yeah, they're way to heavy to be natural, and shaped different. And the squish different. Most guys can pick em out across the room.

For one thing, implants look too perfectly round. Also, they are hard to the touch, like touching hard rubber, unlike real breasts. They don't feel natural at all.

No, a guy can't tell if you have implants but sometimes you can.

Oh yes he can. He won't even have to feel them to be able to tell, but if he feels them, it will be obvious.
