I was muzzle Loading this morning and found some stange fecal matter on the ground and there have been bears reported in the area

Better get yourself a handgun, supervise the kids, and keep all of your trash secure.
Bear feces (also called scat) is a mass of partly digested grasses, acorns, berries, insects, seeds, hair, pieces of bone, roots, wood pulp, fruits, etc.; the average sizes of scat are roughly 2 1/4" (adult grizzly bear) and 1 3/8" (adult black bear) in diameter, though size overlap occurs.
It looks like a soft mass (described above) dropped from about 3 feet and then impacting with the ground. It is not at all like deer or dog scat.
It NEVER contains any pieces of hunters, but there have been reports of some tree hugger pieces being found in them.

the best way to find out is to type bear in the yahoo search bar and thin go to wikipedia it will show u thear

kind of like dog except bigger. Will have some vegetable stuff in it too as they eat grass and berries.

It is big, black, shiny and usually still has berries in it.
