Your Irishgirl get next to him , he'll start talking with you , Believe me he's interested just make yourself more available . It's a little easier for a guy to speak with a girl one on one then it is when she has company , some guys feel they may need to meet your friends approval also . Just make it easy for him and the rest will happen naturally .

well, depending on the type of guy he is, it can vary.
1. shy guy-well,if you wanna him to talk to you, im sorry to say but you HAVE-TO talk to him first, as i am a shy guy i know this.
he will most likely like you but not say anything, so just walk up say hi! and that will open up a conversation.
2. the well....UN-shy guy for lack of words...
this is simple, he may be nervious, but smile back at him, and make sure it's at him, and if he's brave enough, he will walk over.
if not....say hi! again, that's always a conversasion booster.
o yea....wave at him, and if your in a group it will be harder for him to talk to you most of the time, so be alone away from a group and i m sure he will.

I say just go for it. Go up to him and say hi or whats up or how u doing. You never know he might be the love of your life or then again maybe just another fling. The point is talk to him and if he's interested he'll continue the conversation.
