It seems that people are thinking as if I'm seeking 16 year old girls out. That isn't true I just know that she is gona ask me out. How do I know? I had my share of ask outs. Matter of fact I really never ask a girl unless she is the type that believes that the guy should be the one asking and only then I make sure by asking something like "So what if I asked you out what?".

I would not. Unless you want to be brought up on rape charges. In many states it is against the law for an adult to date a teenager...16 might seem mature, but it's not. And considering you're 20, I'm certain that your state would have you behind bars for just kissing her. Find someone your own age. Or at least someone who is 18. If you were dating my daughter, or simply calling her, I would notify the police. The girl is too young, and it's your responsibility as the ADULT to not contact her.

I personally think she's too young and immature for a 20 yr old. You'd do better to go out with someone at least 18 and out of high school. You've been out in the world for a couple yrs....a 16 yr old hasn't experienced much. I don't think you'll have much in common.Once you get a little older the age difference doesn't matter that much , my wife and I are 15 yrs apart, but I think she may still be jail bait and it may make her parents uncomfortable...too complicated!

Walk , don't run as far and as fast as you can!
At 20, you are an adult, at 16 (no matter how mature she may seem) She is a CHILD.
She still has a ton of growing up to do and life to experience. Leave her to grow up on her own.
In four years from now, when you are 24 and she is 20, it will be a different thing because you will both be adults.
Good Luck.

You should not date a minor, is against the law. Even if you really like this girl your could get in trouble if her parents find out how old you are. I suggest date someone 18 or older.

Yes it is OK to date a person 4 years younger. Not in this case because you are legally an adult, while the young lady is still a minor.

No, if she is under age you could get brought up on rape charges, in most states. Some parents will prosecute even if it was mutual, when they find out. I would steer clear and only date girls 18 and older. Be safe!!!

Other than the legality issue (you're an adult and she's underage) it's fine because my husband is 13 years older than I am, and we're fine! So I would think 4 years is nothing.

I wouldn't advise it since it could lead to problems for you.
