I work with this guy I'm REALLY attracted to. Every time I see him I honestly feel like I'm gonna pass out!! My hands sweat, my face flushes, my heart races....etc. I either completely ignore him when I see him, or I act like a complete idiot..laughing, giggling, HELP ME. I want him to like me too, not think I'm a freak!

Just act cofident. Let him know that you would go out with him, without asking him out, by telling him that you should hang out some time, he should show some attention

Try taking a deep breath and just being yourself. It sounds like you are overreacting with panic because of your lack of self confidence.Sounds like you need to get in touch with and get to know yourself before you could even consider wanting someone else to get to know you. It's time to grow up, immaturity real turns a guy off. He probably does think you are a freak if you are acting this way!What else could he think?
