Just make the switch. It may cause stomach upset for a few days but it's MUCH better than feeding her the crap she's been eating. IF she gets picky again, ignore it. Seriously. If you keep changing the food every time they get picky, they will continue to be picky and will happily sit back and watch you scramble to find them some "tasty" food. Feed on a schedule - once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once at night. Only feed what the bag tells you to. If you free feed (leave the food out all day and refill it when it gets low) there is a good chance the dog will become obese. The other good thing about having them on a schedule - if you have to board them or someone else has to take care of them, chances are they feed the dogs on a schedule so you want your dog to know to eat when they put the food down. Canidae is a good food - my girl was picky with foods as well but seems to love the stuff. Leave off on the treats and table food for a while and just let your dog get used to eating HER food on a schedule. Later on, if you want, you can add a bit of canned food as a treat ONCE a day every so often - you can also mix some plain boiled rice, plain boiled chicken, and whatever your vet gives the thumbs up for.

Dogs should never be given food from the table. They need to know that they are at the bottom of the 'pack' and by feeding them table food they will think they are on the same level as you. They will start to pester you and be a nuisance at meal times and it could also lead to other behaviour problems. Dogs need different nutrients, all of which are provided in a good quality dog food.
Do not feed your pet from the table and do not allow him to beg for food either. At mealtimes, either remove him from the room or else make him lie down quietly in a corner and stay there until everyone is finished. Always feed your dog after your family, never before. To avoid upsetting your pet's stomach, mix in a small amount of dog food with his usual dinner and day by day gradually increase this until he is eating only dog food. If he gets an upset stomach, try a sensitive dog food.

First, the dog should never have been allowed table food. It's not good for them.
To break the habit begin with the following:
Remove the dog from table view every time you eat. If the dog can't see you eating, he wont be able to beg; and you wont be tempted to feed him.
Anytime you give the dog a snack, treat, even human food, call him to his food bowl and put the snack in his food bowl. Letting him eat it from your hand during this process, is going to keep him from learning. Also for this process his food bowl should be kept in an area that can be claimed his and not yours. The back yard, garage, bathroom even. Never feed the animals in the same place that you sit down to eat. Unless you want him to eat and beg for your food. good luck.
Lots of praise when he does good.
Remove him from your area when he does bad.

table food is not healthy for a dog...so you should switch to dog food as soon as possible...All they need to accept dog food is a little bit of tough love coming from you. Dogs are not stupid, they will not starve themselves to death....You need to consistently offer them dog food, keep it available for no more than 20 minutes, and take it away...offer it again at their next feeding...but don't substitute with treats or any kind of human food...Be consistent, stick to your guns, even if it takes a day or two....sooner or later, they will understand it's the only food source and will start eating it....Good luck!!!

Let me think now.......
Don't give him any more table food?
I bet when he gets hungry he will eat the dog food, but that's just a guess.
