Why in a Muslim country they are restraining Muslim from converting to other religion by force?

Because that is the way they do things over there. They don't believe that crap of separation of church and state, or freedom of religion. They say: "islam is the only one. If you leave it we will kill you"

It's a combination. Firstly because the people are more devoted to their religion than to rational thought, secondly because the people doing the proseletysing often have some other motive in mind.

In India, you can get killed by trying to convert low caste Hindus to Islam.

If I went to Brooklyn where the Ultra Orthodox Jews live and tried to convert everyone to Christianity I'd probably get into lots of trouble.

And, I'll bet I'll get into trouble if I go to Selma Alabama and distribute copies of the Koran, grow a long beard and find a muezzin to call out islamic prayers 5 times a day.

The law of the land forbids Muslims from changing religion. You don't like the law, get out.
