Again! I went to straighten up his desk & found porno pictures printed mixed in with his papers. HE IS AN ATTORNEY! Go in my history & read my other question related to this issue. He also still masturbates in his office! His office SMELLS! Evidence in his garbage! I am looking for another job but until then, it is making me sick! What can I do? I am so mad I want to tape those pictures up on his wall right next to his Attorney degree picture frame!

Well, Pinky, I'm sorry but I don't think there is much you can do since he is the boss except to quit. And attorney's have a strong network, so that might explain why you aren't finding another job because other attorneys don't want to cherry pick other's employees. So, why do you have to straighten his desk. Does he have an in-box. an out-box, an action box, whatever it takes to keep him organized and a special place for his telephone messages. If he's organized, that way you can just get in and get out. I don't blame you for being disgusted, but don't provoke yourself. You don't have to empty the garbage, do you. Get some Fabreze or Oust Air Sanitizer and spray the heck out of the place. If he not organized, tell him you are going to have an organization day and that you are going out to buy some new baskets, etc. and then do it. Stay out of there as much as you can and ask the Lord to give you strength. Good luck.

From your other postings it definitely sounds as though it is a case of sexual harrassment from more than just the porn-addicted attorney. Grabbing your breast as the other one did is not only sexual harrassment but a form of battery too which is an additional case.
Consult an attorney outside (and if you can one who knows little about these people) and proceed with a suit (and/or criminal charges). I've never been a supporter of frivolous suits or those brought seeking large sums of compensation for small actions but in this case, the laws were designed to handle just this type of injury. Their current and potential clients need to be aware of their character.
If all else fails go to the paper and see if they can quietly investigate the case.

Report this to the police. He is violating other peoples rights of privacy. He may have a camera in the office bathroom. Or have a one way mirror someplace. He needs to be caught before something bad happens to someone. He is a very sick man. He may be trying to see if you react when you find those pictures. Don't play into his plan. Don't even let him know you found them. wHEN YOU GO TO THE pOLICE TELL THEM YOU WANT TO REMAIN ANNONYMOUS. Tell them exactly where you saw the pictures and what you know about the boss and his illegal scheme.

I think you should report this to the local police. This guy may have other complaints against him. If the police say there is nothing they can do at least you have the peace of mind of doing something and possibly saving someone else. This is a scary situation. What he is doing is illegal sexual harassment. At the very least, when you get your new job or if you ever get into a final dispute with him he should be reported to HR or his partners.
And no I do not think it is a coincidence that stuff is around when you are going there. I think he is targeting you for some sick reason of his own. When you are gone from that job he will pick on the next woman that he hires if no one complains about it.

Why are you straightening up his desk? Let him do it. Tell him that forcing you to look at his porn pictures is sexual harassment and you refuse to do it. Keep looking for another job, but in the meantime, avoid his office.

I suggest whilst searching for another job, you state that after finding the paraphenelia you refuse to clean his desk. The fact that you've been rooting through his garbage might not aid you when (or if) you report him however...

First tell him that you dont appreciate things he leave behind in his office and that it has no place in a business. His failure to comply should be brought to his bosses attention or the bar association for your county or state with a written complaint.

Its his office, but you may have a case of sexual harassment going on if you are required to straighten his desk and he left those things for you to find.
