To lose one pound in a week, you must burn 3500 calories more than you take in.
It is highly unlikely you will burn off the breakfast calories only in one day, also it may not safe to exercise that hard depending on your general health.
Keep track of what you eat, and plan healthier choices for the next week. Keep healthy and nutrient dense snacks handy and have an idea what you will have for breakfast lunch and dinner so you aren't caught hungry and in front of a high cal/fat/sodium meal. Also continue with your exercise program.
1200 cal a day is really low, is that something that your doctor has approved/suggested? Either way, if you go right back to your plan and stick with it, you will be fine. Good luck!

Make up for it over the next two to three days. Don't panic just yet, eat a light lunch and dinner of reasonable number of calories. Take the 1075, split it into 3 parts, and shave off about 300 calories over the next couple of days. Just 100 calories from each meal, and you can do that through substitution of ingredients or cutting your portion sizes.
Above all, don't panic, you haven't blown it. Just... don't do it again anytime soon.

I would recommend high volumes of activity today and lessen the amount of calories you intake for the rest of the day. Eat a more sensible lunch and dinner. But if you were going to splurge on calories at a meal breakfast is the best on to do it at. You have the rest of the day to burn it off!!

Ten miles of jogging ought to do it. at approx. 100 cal per mile.
Anything you do normally during the day is figured into the 1200 calorie diet.
You'd have to do extra exercise to burn off the 1000 calories of breakfast and get to eat anything else.

Eat lighter...then again if you have a 1075 calorie breakfast, I'm assuming it can also cover lunch. Take a walk, and just exercise and you'll be fine.

Just park as far away from places as you can and walk as much as you can. Take the stairs too. Just do as much moving and walking as you can and drink a lot of water so that you can feel full or chew gum. But just keep on moving.
Also, fidgeting is really good. It burns massive amounts of calories. While you're sitting just keep moving your legs and hands and fidget. You'll be fine.

Keep moving throughout the day, and drink copious amounts of water. And next time, use a little forethought in planning your meals for the day. It is UNHEALTHY to eat only one meal....your body becomes confused and will begin to store fat for the lean times you are making it go through.

I wouldn't worry about it just don't make it a habit. If you are trying to diet just make eating less and exercise because one meal like that shouldn't upset you because we all over eat at times.
