Yes. Even if you go back to work full time. Now if you work full time and your employer offers you health insurance, you may have to carry Medicare secondary to your employer's insurance coverage.

I am over 65 and have medicare. I am retired now and work part time and I still have medicare.

it depends on if you are retired or if you are on disability the laws are much different. check the ssa website to see your situation
