Facial yoga is the best way to tone the face without going under the knife. Here is just one website I found, I took facial yoga at a yoga retreat, and I have seen some before and after pics, and the results are just as dramatic. These exercises tone the muscles of the face, softening deep lines around mouth and eyes, and even tightening up the turkey neck on everyone who did the program. If possible, pulling your hair into a ponytail with a tight regular rubber band will give you a bit of a lift. The only other thing I have found to give me a firmer feel to my skin is the supplement DMAE applied topically to the skin. You can purchase it in creams which I have not yet tried, or you can buy the tablets and pulverize them to a very fine powder, mix with a little water or juice and apply to your face for five to ten minutes, which I have tried.
