How can i view the CINEMANOW free movies from my local system.?

how can i transfer the movie to my local system.is there any converter needed to view ? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Allow the movie to play once just to be sure it loaded completely. Then look for the file in the folder your browser stores the temporary files (for "Internet Explorer", look in the "Temporary Internet Files" folder under your "Windows" folder). Copy the file to another location and... have fun with it! ;-)
