Seriously this is an excellent question, but I have to dircet you to the best expert website authority I know that discusses these issues all the time.
Its called. www.carm.org and go to the discussion boards. It is very similar to this except you can talk back and forth with people. Its quite what else can- I say except Awesome!.(Awesomeness)
