I assume that you are at school or college. You could either speak to your family or to a teacher whom you trust. It's very important that you report it. People have no right to bully others, and it needs to be dealt with. There are also websites to help you.

If you are being bullied at work, you could speak to your immediate boss or the other person's boss.

You haven't given us much information here. Bullied by who? When? Where? How? How old are you? If you are a teenager in high school, contact your school counselor for advice. If you are working at a job and being bullied there, talk with your supervisor. If you are being bullied by a sibling, talk with your parents or other family members. If you can avoid this person, do so. Take a martial arts class so you can learn to defend yourself.

1.Get some personal defense training.
2. You need to be able to take care of yourself physically if you are pushed into defending yourself
3. Bullies are insecure people. They are selfish and sooner or later will be place in a situation where they will not want to bully anyone any more, or they will be put in a place where they can't bully anyone any more.
GOOD LUCK THESE THINGS WORKED FOR ME!

Not knowing how old you are its hard to give advice. If you are a teenager I suggest:
1. Learn self-defense from a good instructor
2.The next time you are bullied kick the **** out of the pig. You might get into some trouble but the feeling will be worth it.

Dont listen to the people saying fight back unless your in college or older. If your in high school or below, ignore it. It will take a little bit, but eventually they will leave you alone. They bully to get attention, and when you do not aknowledge it, they arent getting any attention and find someone else. If you fight back, then you get in trouble and they still will bully you. Talk to a counscelor at school or a teacher or adult if it continues.

Bullies only pick on the people that they think are weaker than them... people who will let them get away with it. If you stand up for yourself, and are prepared to take a stand physically, they'll back off. All bullies are cowards at heart.

I was bullied when I was a kid. When I finally fought back a couple of times, the bullying stopped.

make 2 fists and go for it. im not fk'n around. you have more strength than you realize. dont throw just one punch, throw ten, then kick'em when their down. if you are not the violent type use the rear choke hold, quickly get an arm around the victems neck from behind placing your inner elbow on their adams apple and with your free hand grab your wrist, keep tightening. to much will cause brain dammage but oh well. and if they are teaming up go make friends with someone who likes rightous violence. good luck and godspeed little buddy. forget this ********** below me. man the fk up. first time i visited this site cuz i had a question about my health that is minor but i read alot of things people write and mostly people on here are women or fags. YOU WILL REGRET not standing up for yourself. i do and so does everyone else. you have the chance to decide. now go boy, choose life or death.
