1) i think i juz got mi first period de day b4..i'm asking can it be brown at some times and red at another?..and it's quite light as i only changed my pad three times..is this normal?(today's de third day..)

You can purchase the disposable shavers at the drug stores, dollar stores, walmart, grocery stores. They're inexpensive and do the job.'

usually the period is brown in the firs and last day, as for the other question, just buy the shavers that men use, but best: take your dad's after he used it a couple of times, so you won't cut yourself

That's normal.
As for razors..any store that sells deodorant, toothpaste, shampoos, etc. should sell them as well.
