Hi,
The cheesecake I make is this:-
l pot of extra thick double cream
l philidilpha cream cheese
Juice and zest of l lemon
Fruit pie topping
8 crushed digestive biscuits
Firstly mix some melted butter with the crushed biscuits and put in tin with loose bottom (sandwich cake tin) and put in freezer to set hard.
Secondly, mix the extra thick cream with the cream cheese, and add the juice and lemon zest, mix well together.
Take out the cake tin from the freezer and put in creamy lemon mixture, open fruit pie topping and put on top of cheesecake and put in fridge for about 2-3 hours.
This is a lovely recipe which I picked up on Blue Peter about 15 years ago.
Please give it ago and see how easy it is.

I made one with digestive biscuits, Philadelphia soft (plain) cheese, lemon juice, icing sugar and whipped cream.
You crush the biscuits and mix with a little melted butter, cream the cheese, icing sugar and a few drops of lemon juice together till you get a nice consistency. Place the biscuit on a plate and put in the fridge to set. Then put your cheese mix on top then whip up the cream and smooth over. You could put strawberries on the top or crushed chocolate. Place in the fridge to set.
This is just a basic way to do it and takes about 30 mins all in all but it is delicious.
Good luck.

My family just loves Jello's no bake cheesecake in the Jello aisle of the grocery. It is firm and tasty and you can top it as you wish with a can of pie filling, or fresh fruit.

Jello No-Bake is pretty good. It's not very classy, though.
I always thought you needed one of those spring-form pans to make cheesecake correctly, but I could be wrong. I'm as interested in this as you are.

In your baking isle of grocery store "JELLO" brand makes a no -bake kit just add milk and marg. Comes in cherry or strawberry. Also philadelphia cream cheese has a recipe in every box that you bake that's really good. This one you have to bake, no special pan. but you do have to buy crust and filling. Real easy. Just buy a can of fruit filling (also in that isle ) of your choice.Cherry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Apple, etc..........
