People miss understand what he said when he told them he and his father are one. He was refering to his thinking and his father's as the same. They are in agreement....always...in all things.
He did state that he was not God, even though becoming a God did happen as a reward for his dieing for us.
His powers were through God, his father, and the Holy spirit.
It's just confusion in mens minds.

John chp 8 vesrse 58
Jesus claimed to be the Eternal God, "Truly I say to you, Before Abraham was (born) I am." The Jews of the day understood this to be a claim of divinity on Jesus' part and picked up stones to stone Him to Death for blasphemy.

"I am" is the name God used when Moses encountered Him at the burning bush.

Matthew chp28 verse 17-20
Jesus accepts worship, an act that no angel ever accepted because God alone is to be worshipped

John chp 5 verse 17-18
Jesus is in a dispute about what actions a Jew can do on the Sabbath. Jesus says that God the Father can work and He and the Father are equal.

These claims by Jesus were either true and He is actually God or, if not true, were blaspheny and the reason the religous leaders condemned Him to death.

You're absolutely right, there is no verse in the Bible where Jesus says "I am God". There's also no verse in the Bible that explicitly describes the Trinity. Denying either one though is a mistake, as the implications define these beliefs beyond a shadow of a doubt.

All throughot the Gospels Jesus says "ego eimi." That is Greek for "I Am God." The Bible says one thing set Jesus apart from every other person who has ever lived: He was both fully God and fully man. The Bible says, "For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form" (Colossians 2:9).

In other words, Jesus wasn't just a godly person who possessed an extra measure of spirituality. Nor was He simply a great religious teacher who had unusual insight into God's will. Nor was He only someone with special spiritual powers who could do miracles. He was more than these—for He was God in human form. Think of it: Twenty centuries ago, the holy God of the universe stooped down, entered this sinful world, and became a human being!

Why did He do this? One reason is so we could know what God is like. The Bible says, "No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known" (John 1:18, TNIV). And what do we learn about God when we look at Jesus? We see God's love—a love so strong, Christ was willing to go to the cross for us. We also see God's power over evil, for by His resurrection from the dead, Christ conquered sin and death and Hell and Satan.

But Christ also came to offer us the gift of eternal life. Death is not the end, for beyond is the joy of heaven for all who belong to Him. Have you responded to His love by opening your heart and life to Christ? Don't let another day go by without Him, but by faith commit your life to Him today.

II Corinth. 4:4 For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers' minds, preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), WHO IS THE IMAGE AND LIKENESS OF GOD.
That is only one example--there are lots more. Jesus walked the earth as the human form of God. He is certainly three in one. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Ok people read the bible. God said my son and I are 1. Jesus never says he is God because he served God but God said my son and I are 1 so that says right there Jesus is like God. Jesus was more like God once he resurrected. And please don't call it magical acts. God has powers, powers that are not magical acts and moses did not use magical acts God alouded him to use those powers. Saying magical acts implies that they were not real and done like magic today and it was not. God and Jesus have powers, and we will never completly understand til we are up there with them, if you believe.

Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, before Abraham was born, I AM." At this the Jews tried to stone him because he had uttered a blasphemy, referring to Himself by the same name, "I AM," by which God referred to Himself when speaking to Moses. This is recorded in John 8:58-59.

well if Jesus was not God why di God say He was Jesus when Saul (Paul) ask "Who art thou, Lord? " why did he ask who are you God?

Act 9:4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
Act 9:5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest
