Old testament prohibits alcohol
New testament allows alcohol
The Last Testament (Quran) Prohibits alcohol
..Simple conclusion
There is something wrong with new testament. New testament was written mostly by those who are influenced by roman paganism and wanted to add pagan ideas into Abrahamic religion.

In Islam, the people believe that the Christians and jews have made innovations in their very own religions. Muslims do not believe that the Bible is the word of God but a collection of stories that have been changed throughout the world's history. Alcohol is prohibited because it is somethig that affects the mind and body, regardless of how much one consumes and it is something forbidden by God. Also, Muslims believe that many stories of Jesus have been changed and no Christian can follow one story back to one person and know that that one person is reliable.

At the wedding feast, Jesus turned water to wine. Has anyone thought about the reason. It not only proved he was God's son, but that he also regarded the marriage feast as worth celebrating. And by doing this , he helped the feast be a success. If Jesus approved of moderate alcohol consumption, then maybe the Muslims have got it wrong. I did say moderate.
(1 Timothy 5:23) Do not drink water any longer, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent cases of sickness.

Jesus drank non-alcoholic wine
You don't know that he drank wine. I think maybe the person observing this /thought/ he was drinking wine, when in fact Jesus was actually drinking cranberry juice. Its true, writing a big book is a hard task, and wine has less letters than cranberry juice.

Jesus the son of Mary PBUH never drank wine. Your problem is that your references were corrupted because it was not scientifically documented and preserved. There is no single Christian reference that is not corrupted and hence unauthentic today and if you can prove it scientifically I will be grateful. According to Islam he never drank wine because it is the mother of all sins and Allah will preserve him from committing such a sin.Islamic resources are preserved and authentic.

Allah sent Messengers, some of them with slightly different laws. Alcohol was not always prohibited in islam. The verse was revealed later on.
'They ask you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning alcoholic drink and gambling. Say: "In them is a great sin, and (some) benefit for men, but the sin of them is greater than their benefit." And they ask you what they ought to spend. Say: "That which is beyond your needs." Thus Allah makes clear to you His Laws in order that you may give thought." (Quran 2:19)

Islam was developed by a rug salesman who couldn't make a living. He took a little from the Old Testament and a little from the New Testament and added what he wanted to make himself boss. It isn't a true religion, it is a fraud. IF you were to read the Koran (I have, twice - the first time I couldn't believe it was so screwed up) you will see that it is more incoherent than what THEY claim the Old Testament is.
