Where I buy my bagels thay have an "everything bagel". It's got all different grains and sesame and poppy seeds and onion and garlic and, well, everything in it. Yum!
(especially toasted with herbed cream cheese!)
This isn't the tim horton's one, it's so much better!!!

I like cinnamon swirl with cream cheese and jelly in the morning and onion with cream cheese and nova scotia smoked salmon for lunch.
