I mean just to drink it on it's own, not with cereal or anything. Sorry for not clarifying earlier, Lol....

well it depends on how u are using it? Is it alone or with something or in something like cereal? If its alone chocolate is the best.. im crereals plain is usually the mainstay unless its a choclotate cereal and u just love your chocolate.. eithe rway its got to be cold! :)

Well first of all, I am a REALLY big milk fan. I drink almost four glasses a day! I think that regular milk is healthier than chocolate because choclate can add more fat and more calories to the drink. If you want to stay healthy, then try to drink more reg. than choc. If you are dying for some choc. milk than drink a little to medium glass. But if you do pour you do pour yourself a big glass of choc. milk, try to exercise a little if possible.

All kinds of milk are good for you but for plain old drinking I prefer chocolate milk.

Growing up as a child down south - it was always "white milk" Still drink Mayfield's Vitamin D whole milk - especially with a piece of cornbread for a bedtime snack!
