Don't!
Don't "diet", just be moderate in what you are eating and drink plenty of water.
Lifestyle changes are better. Move more eat less junk and more natural things like veggies.
Look at what the first three letters of diet spell.............

See a dietitian to get a balanced diet that meets your dietary needs.
Or... eat more fruit and veggies, drink more water, and stay away from fast food.
Practise asport or go to a gym :-)
