plum as in the fruit
rum is made from sugar cane
hum as in bees do
gum as in a gum tree
autumn kind of rhymes depending on how you pronounce it
sum as in to sum it all up

I could think of a few like "mum", as in the flower.

Although "glum" could be used to describe kids going back to school, hehe.

"Plum" is a fruit, but not sure it's an autumn fruit.

"crumb" to describe animals storing for winter, as in "collecting every crumb".
