It's like you don't want to do it at all if you never do it but once you start doing it like 5 times a week you don't ever want to take a day off to rest but you have to force yourself to so the body can repair.

You don't need to rest every other day. You can do 4-5 times a week depending what you do. Pro athletes do.

It is very addicting at times also very relaxing. Give you a natural high at times. Always good for you just dont over do it. You do need to let your body rest every other day at least.

I used to be addicted on excersing but I stopped I am not fat but not to skinny because if oyu exsersise to much you can become anerexic because people think they are fat.It's healthy and everything but be safe with it don't exsersie to much.

I wish I had when I was young enough for those endorphins to kick in. Now it's just my creaky joints.
